Hello. I’m John Greenleigh, owner of Flipside Studios and a former Apple product photographer for 24 years.

I often work with clients remotely, including projects for companies like Google, Nike, and LG Mobile. These are done remotely for convenience. Now − out of necessity − your products can be photographed safely with technology that allows you attend the photoshoot virtually, providing real-time feedback and direction from your home, office, or anywhere in the world

Q: How does the remote photoshoot work?

A. Test shots and final images are captured to my computer and streamed in real time to any device, anywhere in the world. All team members with the app and a secure link to the photoshoot can review the images immediately and give feedback and approvals via text, video conferencing, or phone.

Remote view of each image as it is shot. The images can be rated.

Q: Is there a size limit for the products?

A: Anything up to approximately 5ft x 5ft x 5ft.

Q: How can you handle the photoshoots - some of which may be high volume - when you have to work alone for social distancing?

A: I have completed hundreds of projects of all sizes without the aid of a crew. It is made possible by an efficient workflow and my years of experience in everything from merchandise coordination and set building to sourcing and styling.

B. Will your images match our existing look and quality?

A: Yes. I have a lot of experience with this. The look and quality of a product image is determined by the lighting, the lens, the camera height, and product/brand styling standards. I was trained to solve problems and adapt to each unique challenge and that includes matching existing assets.

Q: How will shipping and security of the products be handled?

A: You can ship as many packages and boxes as needed with any carrier for delivery to my home studio just north of downtown Austin. We will accept the deliveries between 6:00am - 10:00pm with our signature required for all packages. Return shipping labels should be included. Merchandise can either be shipped back in batches during the photoshoot, or all together at completion of the project.

Merchandise will be fully insured while in my possession and stored securely inside my home, protected by a full security and fire alarm system. Insurance documents are available upon request.

Allow me to help your team remain productive and safe during this challenging time!

Thank you and stay safe.
